Does The Wild Sage offer online consultations?

Yes. The Wild Sage offers herbal consultations via video call and phone as well as in-person at our clinic in Greyabbey, Co. Down. Online consultations are available to clients throughout the UK and Ireland.

What does MNIMH registration mean?

MNIMH stands for Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists — the UK's oldest and leading professional body for medical herbalists, established in 1864. MNIMH registration requires completion of a degree-level qualification in herbal medicine, including training in pharmacology, clinical diagnosis, and herb-drug interactions. With roots in ministry and years as a consultant medical herbalist, I specialise in the spaces others overlook: oncology, men's health, and the intricate dance between mind, body, and spirit.

I practise in an area of functional medicine known as psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology—understanding the intricate balance of how the systems of the body are all tightly interwoven and depend on each other.

Where modern medicine tends to treat symptomatically, I use the case history to build up a pattern of how the body is functioning and where support is needed, thus addressing the root cause of disease.

My background lies in ministry, youth and community work. I have a wealth of experience in the Faith & Community Sector at board and executive levels. It is my love of people and desire to see wholeness in the community that seeded the vision of The Wild Sage.

When not working, you might find me in the open water, out in the garden, foraging, or experimenting with my newest homebrew!
